Young Roma frequently encounter refusals based on prejudice when they participate to job interviews.
An efficient anti-discrimination campaign action is making majority people feel discriminated. To create such a situation, a false advertising job fair was staged. In the interviews, participants were assessed in terms of alleged defects which they could not control: place of origin, sign, height etc.
